Level Up Momentum is made up of two programmes which help educate and support independent small business owners.
Momentum Club – a monthly workshop programme which introduces business owners and managers to world-class best practice across all areas of running a small business – from marketing and sales, to finance and people management ; working on getting the best from yourself and the best from your team ; honing your skills in strategy, planning and execution. Everything it takes for an independent small business to thrive and grow.
Momentum Club also introduces you to like-minded people who share many of your experiences in their own businesses. The monthly Momentum Club encourages you to share those experiences and to learn from each other as much as from the monthly workshop.

Momentum Forum – a quarterly mastermind and discussion group of like-minded Business Owners –mainly alumni from Momentum Club going back to 2010 – who have the ambition to grow, and the desire to learn from and support others like them.
Each Momentum Forum meeting includes presentations and talks around relevant topics from both Level Up and guests from the local business community, as well as Open Forum discussions around subjects of the day.
