“I’ve worked with Graeme for many years, and during that time he has made a huge difference to both me and my business.
When we first started working together, I was still heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the company — working full-time and often additional hours, as many business owners do.
Through Graeme’s guidance and support, I’ve developed a much deeper understanding of how my business really works and learned how to put the right systems and processes in place. He’s helped me train and empower my team so that I can step back from working in the business and focus more on enjoying my life away from work. I now only spend a few hours a week in the office or working from home.
What I enjoy most about working with Level Up is Graeme himself — he’s always professional yet friendly, incredibly supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. He’s given me confidence, clarity, and accountability, and I’m very grateful for the positive and lasting impact he’s had.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Level Up to any business owner who feels overwhelmed, lacks direction or focus, and wants help understanding what needs to be done and how best to take their business forward.”

“I first met Graeme at a local Business Group back in 2016, we got on very well and started working together towards the end of 2017.
During the past 8 years not only has our turnover more than doubled, but we are a stronger, focused and more profitable business, enjoying high levels of customer retention and positive feedback.
This would not have been possible without Graeme’s guidance, support, belief, encouragement and at times, patience!
Our business has recently been acquired by one of the country’s major Insurance Groups, which again without Graeme’s assistance, we could never have achieved.
We owe Graeme a great debt of gratitude and whether you are a large employer or a sole trader, Graeme can certainly add value to your business and take away some of the headaches!”

But when you start at 22, you learn by doing, not from a textbook. No one ever trains you in how to get the best out of a growing team. What Level Up has done is give structure and clarity to my ideas — turning what’s often instinct into something the whole team can see, understand and buy into.
I’ve said before that Graeme acts like a filter. As business owners, we go straight from A to B — we see the goal and move fast. But bringing everyone else with you isn’t always that simple. He’s helped me frame things differently so they land better. I’ve heard the team say, “That’s such a good idea,” and it’s something that started with me, but he’s just translated it in a way that works for them.
In enjoy that our sessions are straight-talking and practical. There’s no theory for theory’s sake — it’s about making things happen. Graeme understands what it’s like to run a business and the pressure that comes with that. The sessions are calm but focused, and I always leave clearer than when I went in.
The biggest shift for my business has been alignment. We’ve gone from me pushing the business forward on instinct to having everyone understand where we’re heading and why. It’s made decision-making easier and the business stronger.
I’d recommend Level Up to business owners who already know how to drive their business but want to bring their team with them. It’s about sharpening your edge, not changing who you are.
