And while it’s sometimes nice to feel important, and at the centre of everything in your business, how often does this flip over into overwhelm – where there feels that there is simply not enough time to do everything you know you have to do?
This Momentum Series workshop gives you a snapshot of the main tools that you can choose to deploy to master your time better – so that you can get the really important things done to keep your business growing and developing.
Level Up Momentum Programme workshops combine an educational seminar of around one hour with networking and group discussions aimed at owners and senior managers of businesses employing 3 – 20 staff. Our focus is on delivering supportive learning in a supportive environment for busy Business Owners who want to grow, to give them a perspective on their business and a chance to work ON their business, not just in it.
This Momentum Series workshop will be led by Graeme Crosbie, MD & Owner of Level Up.
